The Yoga Plan...

  • Location: At the hike end point.

What to expect

  • The session is accessible to all levels.
  • Rejuvenation stretch + breath class aims to restore and energise your body.
  • Combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga poses, deep stretches & breathwork techniques that help calm the nervous system.

Information

What To Wear?

  • Base Layer: Materials like merino wool or synthetic fibers work well
  • Insulating Layer: Fleece or a lightweight down jacket are good options
  • Outer Layer: Should be a waterproof and windproof jacket
  • Footwear: Recommended hiking boots or shoes with good ankle support
  • Reminder: When investing in hiking boots get 1 size up to leave room for socks)

Depending on the weather, you may also want to wear shorts, sunglasses and other summer fits !

Food/Nutrition

  • Hydration: Bring plenty of water.
  • High-Energy Snacks: Bring snacks that are high in energy and easy to eat on the go.
  • E.g. Energy bars, trail mix (nuts, seeds, dried fruit), granola bars
