- The session is accessible to all levels.
- Rejuvenation stretch + breath class aims to restore and energise your body.
- Combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga poses, deep stretches & breathwork techniques that help calm the nervous system.

What To Wear?
- Base Layer: Materials like merino wool or synthetic fibers work well
- Insulating Layer: Fleece or a lightweight down jacket are good options
- Outer Layer: Should be a waterproof and windproof jacket
- Footwear: Recommended hiking boots or shoes with good ankle support
- Reminder: When investing in hiking boots get 1 size up to leave room for socks)
Depending on the weather, you may also want to wear shorts, sunglasses and other summer fits !
Food/Nutrition
- Hydration: Bring plenty of water.
- High-Energy Snacks: Bring snacks that are high in energy and easy to eat on the go.
- E.g. Energy bars, trail mix (nuts, seeds, dried fruit), granola bars
