  • Travel Tickets Meet London Stratford International Car Park at 07:30
  • Leave on Private Coach at 08:00
  • Hike & Water Activities Tickets Meet at Guilford Station GU1 4UT at 10:30
  • 9km Hike along the River Wey
  • Note for (Guided Trek Only Tickets): The hike will not end where it begins!

The Watersports

  • Gourmet Packed Lunch
  • 2.5hours of water activities, 12:30 Start
  • Choose from a SUP (Standup Paddleboard) or Canoe
  • Paddle our way back on the water to Guilford Station
  • Board Private coach and return to London at 16:30

Information

What To Wear For Hiking?

  • Base Layer: Materials like merino wool or synthetic fibers work well
  • Insulating Layer: Fleece or a lightweight down jacket are good options
  • Outer Layer: Should be a waterproof and windproof jacket
  • Footwear: Recommended hiking boots or shoes with good ankle support
  • Reminder: When investing in hiking boots get 1 size up to leave room for socks)

Depending on the weather, you may also want to wear shorts, sunglasses and other summer fits !

Water Activities

Choose from Stand up Paddle board or a canoe 

(canoes are very difficult to tip over, life jackets are also available)

What To Wear For Water Activities?

  • Clothing: swimwear is recommended for paddle boarding as their is a chance of falling into the water.
  • Alternatively any clothes you dont mind getting wet is fine eg shorts & T-shirt
  • Wetsuits are available to hire for £5pp
  • Footwear: barefoot or water-shoes
  • waterproof water bags will be availible to put your belongings in while on the water
  • Boyancy Aids & Safety equipment will be availible

Food/Nutrition

  • For Gourmet Packed Lunch Tickets: you will be offered a choice of: Meat, vegetarian or Vegan. all meals will have a wrap, and a main with pasta salad, coleslaw, green salad, a drink & Energy bar.
  • Hydration: Bring plenty of water.
  • High-Energy Snacks: Bring snacks that are high in energy and easy to eat on the go.
  • E.g. Energy bars, trail mix (nuts, seeds, dried fruit), granola bars

Getting to Stratford International Station...

Whether you’re driving or using public transport, here’s how you can easily reach the Stratford International Car Park for our meeting point.

By Car:

Address: Stratford International Car Park, International Way, London, E20 1YY

Directions:

From Central London: Take the A11 or A12, following signs for Stratford. Once you reach Stratford, follow signs for Westfield Stratford City, and then for Stratford International. The car park is located near the station entrance.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 27 and take the M11 towards London. Continue onto the A12, and then follow signs for Stratford and Westfield Stratford City.

Parking: The Stratford International Car Park is a large, secure parking facility. Look for signs directing you to the “Stratford International Car Park” upon arrival at Stratford. Parking fees apply, so please check the car park’s website for the latest rates.

By Public Transport:

London Underground:

Jubilee Line: Take the Jubilee Line to Stratford Station. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Stratford International. Follow signs for “Stratford International” or “Westfield Stratford City.”

Central Line: Take the Central Line to Stratford Station. Walk through Westfield Stratford City, following signs for “Stratford International.”

DLR (Docklands Light Railway):

Stratford International Station: The DLR serves Stratford International directly. Exit the station and you’ll find the car park entrance nearby.

National Rail / High-Speed Services:

Stratford International Station: High-speed trains from St Pancras International and Southeastern services stop at Stratford International. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the car park entrance.

Buses:

Multiple bus routes stop at or near Stratford International, including routes 97, 108, 241, 308, and 339. Check local schedules for the best route from your location.

Walking from Stratford Station:

If you’re coming from Stratford Station (Jubilee, Central, Overground, or TFL Rail), walk towards Westfield Stratford City. Continue through the shopping center and follow the signs for “Stratford International Station.” The car park is just outside the station.
